The governor of St. Petersburg verified that another Russian basic has been killed amid the invasion of Ukraine, honoring him in a ceremony on Saturday, Russian media reported.
The deputy commander of the 8th Military, Maj. Gen. Vladimir Petrovich Frolov, died when preventing towards Ukraine, Russian information retailers claimed, citing St. Petersburg’s administration’s press assistance.
